«Are you me?»

«Are you me» is a fictional self-portraits work. During 3 years living in Paris I photographed masks and manequins on shop displays in the streets of Paris. These figures have no identity yet they are created to represent an ideal «ME». They are lifeless objects representing life. A fantasy suggesting an ideal of what we should be. the city working as mirrors reflecting ourselves and placing us where they want us to be. There is no public nor private. It’s all one. They pretend to be us, and we wish to be them. (experimental photography mix media)«Are you me» is a fictional self-portraits work.
